Deliveries of orders from the website www.babybunny.grare made within three (3) working days from their confirmation, to the cooperating transport company, in case the goods are ready to be delivered. Otherwise the order delivery time depends on the delivery time of each supplier (time which will have been notified to the customer after confirmation of the order).

Caution! The transport company for bulk parcels has the obligation to deliver the parcels until the entrance of any building.

COD, regardless of amount, has an extra charge of € 2.50

The processing of orders takes place Monday – Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. Orders completed
Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, processed on the first working day from the date of the order.

Shipments and deliveries are not made on Sundays and holidays.

The Customer undertakes the obligation to provide every possible access for the delivery of the products.

Www.babybunny.gr maintains cooperation with the ELTA courier, which has the ability to deliver you to the address of your choice provided it is within the city limits set by it.

If your address is in a remote or inaccessible area, your parcel will be transported to the nearest town or town in your area where there is a store of the partner courier company and its delivery will be arranged immediately.

From the moment of shipment, the parcel will be in your hands within 1-3 working days anywhere in Greece. Extra working days may be required for deliveries to island Greece.

The usual delivery times are from 08.30 to 16.30. If you wish to receive within a certain period, please fill it in the order comments, if it is an order through the site or specify it to our representatives, if you place an order by phone.

In case of your absence, the company that has undertaken to deliver the parcel to you, will leave you a relevant written notice, and a pick-up will be scheduled for the next day. If you know that you are not going to be there, please call them to arrange for the delivery of your parcel at a near date that suits you.

If the courier company does not find you to deliver the parcel to you after repeated attempts, the parcel will be returned to www.babybunny.gr. Due to the fact that the return of the parcel will cost you the shipping costs again, we would suggest you to be as consistent as possible with the delivery, in order to avoid unnecessary costs.

Note: In case your order concerns an amount over € 80.00 and you need to resend due to non-receipt, you will be charged from the beginning of all shipping charges.

PAYMENT METHODS

In the method of payment by bank transaction within the country, the products are sent after its appearance
payment to BABYBUNNY bank account. In this case, the delivery deadline starts from the date
display of the amount of the order in our bank account.

If you choose bank deposit you will need to on the Deposit Form
of the Bank to write the Name or number of the order and you must send us the copy. In cases where the
deposit is not made in 5 days from the day the order is placed, then the order is automatically canceled by the system.
